Spectrum Blue Steel Flying High

The Spectrum Team is coordinating with the Union of Local Associations of the Philippines (ULAP) thru its President, Mayor Benjur Abalos in connection with the Project. ULAP is the umbrella organization of all governors, mayors and all officials over 1,700 towns and cities nationwide.
Spectrum is a domestic corporation duly registered under the laws of the Philippines and holds an exclusive license to the Biosphere Technology from Global.
